Our compassionate and dedicated PSWs provide high quality personal care to clients with diverse needs. Our team assists in activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers with mobility support, and oral hygiene. Our team is designed to build trusting relationships with our clients while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect as our core values.

Our team provides kind hearted companionship to our clients in a home care setting. We foster emotional well-being and help reduce social isolation. We here at Careganic provide emotional support, social interaction, and build meaningful relationships. We do so by engaging in conversation, participating in activities and hobbies, accompanying on walks and playing games. This service is beneficial for individuals who live alone, are experiencing loneliness, or require feeling comfort in their own home.

Our caregivers ensure clients are able to take their medications safely and on schedule, with gentle reminders. We provide supervision and follow instructions provided by healthcare professionals. While caregivers do not administer medications or apply medicated creams these reminders offer peace of mind for both the clients and families.
Our mobility and exercise service are designed to help our clients maintain and improve their physical strength, balance, and range of motion. Our caregivers provide safe assistance with transfers, walking, and exercises. We request our patients have a set of exercises provided by a physiotherapist where we can tailor the client’s abilities and careplan.

Respite care services provide temporary relief for caregivers, allowing them a period of time to rest, recharge, and attend to personal responsibilities, while ensuring their loved one continues to receive safe and compassionate care. Whether for a few hours, a full day or extended periods, we provide flexible support tailored to each client’s individual needs.
This service ensures that our clients maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home while supporting proper nutrition. Our caregivers assist with everyday tasks such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, washing dishes, and keeping commonly used areas clean and organized. In addition, we are able to prepare simple, nutritious meals tailored to our client’s dietary needs and preferences. Our clients can enjoy a well-maintained home without feeling overwhelmed.
